One of the perks of being a travel agent is that we get to stay in many lovely places. As The Holiday Fixer is an IKOS Prestige Partner I was invited to spend a few days at their new resort in Porto Petro in Mallorca before it opened to the public.
The hotel is situated along a kilometre of virgin coastline in the south east part of the island near to the beautiful and unspoilt Mondrago Natural Park.
It has 321 rooms, suites and bungalows, five restaurants, five outdoor and indoor pools, kids clubs and evening entertainment. Very special and a completely a new offering for Mallorca. I personally think it’s the prettiest IKOS resort to date.
There is lots to do; from exploring the secluded sandy coves to enjoying a wide range of sports and other activities laid on at the resort. And, when you need time out to relax you can head to the Spa and indulge in a treatment or two.
While I was staying there my sister joined me and we had wonderful time. Chilling by the side of the deluxe swimming pool, sipping champagne and sampling the array of amazing food that the restaurants has to offer.
In total we were child free for two nights and three blissful days! We had such a nice time that we’ve already booked to go back so that our partners and kids can also get to experience the amazing Greek hospitality in this particularly beautiful part of Mallorca.
