I feel extremely blessed to be doing a job that makes me really happy.  Of course, it helps that travelling is a passion for me and I get a huge amount of pleasure in making holiday dreams come true.  Getting to know our lovely customers is equally rewarding.   Many of them have been booking holidays with us for years and we like to keep them happy.  Therefore it is really important we provide a top notch service.  After all, going away on holiday is expensive, and for a lot of people the highlight of their year, so we need to get it right.
